Survivor – Their eating your entrails! (Crunches)

Laying on the ground with your knees bent and feet off the floor sit up just enough to watch the zombies eat your guts then sit back in despair.

Zombie -Rise from the pile (side plank)

With the recently re-dead all around you rise up above them by resting on one elbow and raising your hip on the same side with that leg’s foot on the floor. You will be able to see the survivors coming while staying low to the pile.
